achieve their dreams

Providing financial aid, tuition assistance, scholarships, musical instruments, equipment, gear, school supplies, tutoring, and other awards and services.

Scholarship Squirrel is dedicated to providing financial aid, tuition assistance, scholarships, grants, musical instruments, equipment, gear, school supplies, and other awards and services for education to low-income, economically-disadvantaged children and youth.

Funds right now are targeted for P-12 private education for musical instruments, equipment and gear, piano and other music lessons, music and arts related education and instruction, tutoring, and arts-based and other alternative learning environments and general educational opportunities.

This is for kids and families who are left out when it comes to the opportunities for private instruction, private lessons, personal tutoring, and forms of private schooling that wealthier families are able to take advantage of much more easily. Let’s help all children share in the opportunities for high quality educational experiences.

Our Stores

Our stores will provide low-cost products, recycling, and various special services toward the needs of residents in the communities we serve. Local dealers of antiques, collectibles, and vintage items will be able to sell their items in booths located within our stores. A good portion of all proceeds will go toward the scholarship fund.

As we launch Scholarship Squirrel and prepare to open our first store, please visit us on eBay.

Volunteer

We will have volunteer opportunities to help out at the store, to tutor, and to participate in fundraising activities and events.

“This is wonderful! Our kids had the blessing of music lessons through a local assistance association. They covered the cost of music lessons for our kids, who learned piano, violin, and guitar, and then eventually moved on to junior high and high school band and chorus. We were blessed to be able to use those funds, as we'd never have been able to afford lessons of any kind for the kids. What a wonderful opportunity you're offering to kids.
I'll donate.”
